Our promise
If you’re not satisfied with FeedbackVAX for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full. No questions asked.
What’s covered
- All FeedbackVAX licence purchases (Starter, Full Bundle, Instance Upgrade).
- Any reason — plugin didn’t fit your workflow, you changed your mind, you found something better. We won’t ask.
- Refund is issued to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
- Email support@ampulesoft.com from the email address you used at checkout.
- Include your order reference (it’s in the confirmation email and on your dashboard).
- Optional: a short note about what didn’t work for you — it helps us improve, but it’s never required.
We’ll process the refund within 5 business days. The money typically lands back in your account within 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.
After the refund
Your licence key will be deactivated after the refund is processed. Please uninstall the plugin from your machines. If you’d like to repurchase later you’re always welcome — you can also try the free trial again at any time.
What about the free trial?
The trial version is free and unrestricted in time, so refunds don’t apply there. The trial is exactly the same plugin with periodic audio drops on the output — test it as long as you like before buying.
Statutory rights
For customers in the European Union, this refund policy is in addition to any statutory rights you have under EU consumer protection law. Note that for digital products delivered immediately (like a software licence), the standard 14-day EU right of withdrawal may not apply once the product has been delivered and used — but our 30-day money-back guarantee covers you for longer than that anyway.
