Our promise
If you're not satisfied with FeedbackVAX for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
What's covered
- All FeedbackVAX licence purchases, including previous product packages.
- Any reason — plugin didn't fit your workflow, you changed your mind, you found something better. We won't ask.
- Refund is issued to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
- Email support@ampulesoft.com from the email address you used at checkout.
- Include your order reference (it's in the confirmation email and on your dashboard).
- Optional: a short note about what didn't work for you — it helps us improve, but it's never required.
We'll process the refund within 5 business days. The money typically lands back in your account within 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.
After the refund
Your right to use the licence ends with the refund; the license server blocks new activations. Deactivate the active computer in the plugin or your account and uninstall the plugin. An audio session already running is not interrupted by deactivation. A later purchase does not start another trial period.
What about the free trial?
The free trial includes all features for 14 days, without periodic mutes. No payment is collected for the trial, so there is no trial purchase to refund.
Statutory rights
Our voluntary 30-day guarantee does not restrict your statutory consumer rights. Delivery or use of digital content alone does not end the right of withdrawal. For paid digital content, early expiry requires, among other conditions, your express consent to early delivery, acknowledgement that this ends your withdrawal right, and contract confirmation on a durable medium.
